GENERAL REGISTRATION AND BOOKING TERMS

• Registration and Booking Completion:
  Your registration or booking will be completed once the following steps have been submitted:
  • Completion of the registration or booking form, including acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  • Payment of the applicable fee for the selected service.
  • Confirmation of availability of space, court, or pitch at the requested time. Confirmation will be sent by email, which serves as your receipt.
• Discount Policy:
  A 15% discount is applicable for siblings or multiple participants, with a 25% discount for more than two participants. This discount applies only when all participants are registered or booked simultaneously.
• Annual Fees:
  Annual fees, where applicable, are payable once per customer per year, regardless of the time of registration or booking.
• Equipment and Attire:
  All participants must use the appropriate equipment and attire specific to their chosen sport or service (e.g., training kits for academies, appropriate footwear for court bookings).

All participants or users must have health insurance with local network coverage in the United Arab Emirates. ISD does not provide medical insurance as part of its services.

• Service Freezing:
  Services cannot be frozen unless there are medium/long-term medical reasons. A medical report will be required for freezing services due to an injury or medical condition.
• Medical Credit:
  Credits are applicable if an illness or injury prevents participation for more than 3 weeks, provided a medical report is presented. Credits can be used in the next installment, season, camp, or booking and are valid for 12 months.

• Non-Refundable Payments:
  All payments made to ISD (registration fees, booking fees, etc.) are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it is considered final and non-refundable.
• Refund Exceptions:
  Refunds are applicable only in cases of serious medical conditions that prohibit participation for more than 4 months or relocation to another country (visa cancellation document required).
• Commitment to Attendance:
  By registering or booking with ISD, the participant or user commits to attending or utilizing the designated sessions, bookings, or programs. No refunds will be made for non-attendance.

• Schedule Modifications:
  While ISD makes every effort to adhere to scheduled dates, times, and locations of services, unforeseen events, force majeure, or circumstances (such as Ramadan) may require modifications. Suitable alternatives will be provided, but no refunds will be issued for schedule changes.
• Service Changes:
  If a participant or user needs to change a group, time, or location, they must discuss it with the ISD administration team. Accommodations may be made based on availability, but they are not guaranteed.

• Eligibility:
  Make-up sessions are offered only for general sickness with the provision of a medical certificate, reported within 10 days of the missed session. Make-up sessions are subject to availability and must be completed within the current term or booking period.
• Ineligible Reasons:
  No make-up sessions or refunds will be offered for missed sessions due to school activities, vacations, personal circumstances, or other non-medical reasons.

In the event of extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond ISD’s control requiring the cancellation of services, ISD will make efforts to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure events.

Participants or users (or their guardians, in the case of minors) grant ISD the worldwide right, without approval or compensation, to use their name, photographic or video image for reasonable commercial purposes, such as advertisements and online content. Personal photography or videography during sessions or bookings is strictly prohibited.

During the month of Ramadan and other religious holidays, ISD may alter its schedules, considering religious practices. No refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or account freezers will be offered for these changes.
