By registering for the DOTTA – Dubai Open for Table Tennis Academies, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The tournament is open to players under the following age categories:
  • U12 – Born on or after 1st January 2013
  • U15 – Born on or after 1st January 2010
  • U19 – Born on or after 1st January 2006
• Age verification documents may be required on the event day.

2. Registration

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• One entry per player per age category is allowed.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

3. Conduct and Sportsmanship

• All participants are expected to follow fair play, respect referees, and maintain good sportsmanship throughout the event.
• Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior may lead to disqualification.

4. Event Schedule

• Match schedules and reporting times will be shared in advance. Participants must report on time.
• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule if necessary.

5. Safety and Liability

• While reasonable safety measures will be in place, the organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
• Parents/guardians/academy representatives/coaches are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children during the event.

6. Photography and Media

• By participating, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes by DOTAA, Dubai Sports Council, ISD Dubai Sports City, and other event partners.

7. Data Privacy

• All personal data collected during registration will be used strictly for event-related purposes and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General

• The organizers’ decisions on all matters related to the tournament are final.
• Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification without refund.
